I had the privilege of joining El Gaucho as a Menu Designer, Social Media Post Creator, and a photographer and video editor all rolled into one. As a designer within the restaurant's communication team, I had the opportunity to work for a leading Argentine steakhouse in Vietnam with nearly a decade of history. El Gaucho boasts a chain of restaurants across various Asian countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. I had the unique responsibility of designing menus for each country, which involved extensive communication with restaurant managers from different regions to ensure they used the correct menu version for their country, both in print and online. This experience greatly enhanced my file management skills and content coordination expertise. It underscored the importance of effective teamwork and communication in delivering cohesive and tailored restaurant experiences.
